Dear heavenly Father, Thank you for the sacrifice ofyour son Jesus Christ. I believe with all of my heart that He died for my sins. I receive your forgiveness, and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord of my life, and I believe with all my heart that Jesus Christ is the Lord, and I will serve Him for the rest of my life. I now receive eternal life that you give.
